A) Enhancing your personal effectiveness: Managing yourself and your resources
Audience: All
A 30-45 min talk for students, faculty, and staff on how to organize yourself for greater productivity with less effort. Based upon the research of Stephen Covey, Steve Douglass, Malcolm MacGregor, Walter Bradley, and others. The level of evangelistic emphasis can be varied to suit the needs.
B) How to Teach anything Better-
Audience: Anyone who teaches anything
Since many university faculty have NOT had training in teaching, they feel insecure about this and seem eager to discuss ways to improve their teaching. Purpose is to make them more effective in their teaching.
C) Man in Space-the physiology of humans in Microgravity
Audience: medicine, physiology, engineering
This talk gives a brief overview of man's physiological responses to reduced gravity with a discussion of current and planned countermeasures to enable a safe, healthy, prolonged human presence in space. Mainly appeals to scientists and engineers.
D) Using technology to enhance your effectiveness
Audience: All professionals
Similar to the above with a focus on using computers, the WWW, email etc in an effective and efficient way.
E) Exercise Science, nutrition, and Weight loss
Audience: general and sports medicine, physiology, physical education, coaching
This talk can be easily tailored to all levels and interests of audience. Main appeal is to athletes and coaches. Not especially evangelical but provides a nice service to colleges and universities.
F) Aging well- The secret to staying out of nursing homes
Audience: Anyone over 55.
A 40 min PP discussing physical activity in aging. Approach is to emphasize living well. Cultural differences may be problematic, because the daily circumstances are so different. If this talk is requested outside of Western European cultures I will need a lot of info on culture and circumstances.
G) Any aspect of work physiology or the physiology of protective clothing, physiology of Search and Rescue, or physiology of Warfare.
Audience: Military Academies, anyone involved with rescue etc.
H) What we can learn from Deer
This is a 45min talk that works well for “Sportsmen’s Banquets”, and “Wild game Suppers”. It focuses on God’s design in nature. Includes some cutting-edge science on Deer and their capabilities.

This talk can be slanted to industry or sport (treestand use in deer hunting, hang gliding, etc.) explains both the physiology and the techniques that can be used to save the lives of people who wear fall arrest harnesses.
